8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any eligible funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned, however any active bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. The user will be notified in advance by email.

9. Intellectual Property
